We at Elevated Mental Health and Wellness Center believe in providing the best possible care and treatment options for our patients, and as such, we are unable to accommodate certain conditions and patients due to the inability to provide supportive resources for these patients.

 

Currently, we are unable to provide care for the following clients/ conditions:

• Patients needing primary services for developmental disabilities such as Autism, Down Syndrome, Mental Retardation, etc.

• Patients seeking treatment for eating disorders

• Patients seeking Forensic Evaluations or Court ordered evaluations

• Patients involved with ongoing legal issues such as; Court ordered visits, Evaluations for court, Active probation/parole, or Sex offenders
